A wonderful little nursery in the heart of Hitchin. Both of my children attended the nursery and blossomed whilst there. It's the perfect place to prepare them for school. The staff are caring and nurturing, and the children just love them. The large garden with mud kitchen is an absolute bonus. My children still love to visit it at any opportunity now. Would not hesitate to recommend this setting to anyone looking for a nursery or wrap around care for their little ones.

I have found out that a relative of mine worked at the old school, she was a Mrs Harriet Spicer, and worked there in 1901. I wondered whether you had any historical records?

My daughter joined later than the other pupils and we had reservations after a bad experience at her previous school. Whitehill quickly helped restore our faith and my daughter and I felt welcomed and included . The school worked with families as a team and had a excellent attitude to learning and understanding individual pupils needs . They helped my daughter excel without the need for excessive pressure as she was eager to learn due to the teaching style and enjoyed doing so too. My daughter made good friendships and had a memorable time attending Whitehill. The building has good facilities and is well maintained. The staff are dedicated and should be proud of their hard work and input.
My daughter is coming to the end of her time at Whitehill school before she starts Hitchin Girls School in September. She has thrived at Whitehill and this has been down to the ethos of the school and the quality and dedication of the teachers. Whitehill school has given my daughter an excellent learning environment which has prepared her well for the next stage of her education.

Great little professional theatre (maybe 100-120 seats) in the centre of Hitchin. 5-6 productions rolling throughout the year. The 'adult panto' is an institution and must not be missed. Friendly staff in the cosy upstairs theatre bar that is open before/after the shows. Drinks can be taken in to the theatre (in plastic glasses).
On our way home from Sunbed the Seaman at the Palace and still laughing. Bloody silly school playground naughty jokes fuffing hilarious. Seen the Adult Panto the past 3 years and this was by far the funniest silliest but with great costumes and extra quick changes. Brilliant. We will be back next year. Missed joke opportunity. You had the Nutbush so why wasnt it on the edge of the city.? Nutbush City Limits 😎 Thanks for another super evening

Excellent initial impressions, my daughter really enjoyed and felt satisfied with her first lesson with Simon. Having spoken to other parents who have mentioned their children are progressing well with tutoring, which is very encouraging! Many thanks! Mr B Alam
Dedicated, friendly and highly knowledgeable staff. Young education provides great help and support to all students. I would definitely recommend it!
